Leave Green Teens a Review or a Video Review

By submitting a video review to Green Teens Curbside Recycling ("the Company"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and Usage Rights:

   • You hereby grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the video review submitted by you.

2. Permitted Use:

   • The Company may use the video review for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media platforms, websites, and any other promotional channels deemed appropriate by the Company.

3. Duration of License:

   • The license granted to the Company is perpetual and irrevocable, meaning that the Company may continue to use the video review indefinitely.

4. Modification and Editing:

   • The Company reserves the right to edit, modify, or adapt the video review as necessary for promotional purposes, without seeking additional consent from you.

5. Attribution:

   • The Company may, but is not obligated to, provide attribution to you as the creator of the video review whenever reasonably possible.

6. Release and Waiver:

   • You release and discharge the Company from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that you may have against the Company arising out of or in connection with the use of the video review for promotional purposes..

7. Representation and Warranties:

   • You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to grant the license described herein, and that the video review does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.

8. Revocation of Consent:

   • You acknowledge that, while the license granted is generally irrevocable, the Company may cease to use the video review for promotional purposes upon your written request.

9. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
